Scott Fischer Enterprises, Lee County, FL. Provided boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision platting, all construction staking, and sketches and descriptions for utility easements, site design, site drainage, utility design, permitting, and landscape architecture for a 16 acre parcel offering 54,000 SF of sales and service center.

Phase I completed Fall of 2014. Phase II commenced Summer 2015.

Dollar General – 3 sites

Dollar General. Lee County FL. Provided Boundary/Alta/Topo/As-built surveys, construction staking, preparation, and recordation for plat and FEMA certifications. Civil engineering, site planning, storm water management, rezoning efforts and landscape architecture. Most stores are sized at ±9,100 SF in multiple locations.

Alico Family Golf Center

Alico Family Golf Center, LLC. Lee County, FL 30-acre site providing golf instruction and range facilities, along with associated family entertainment amenities. Boundary and TOPO surveys and construction staking. Civil engineering, permitting, design, landscape architecture, and lighting design.

Gasparilla Inn

Gasparilla Inn, Lee County, FL Recombination of historic, platted lots to allow for code compliant structures. MDA provided boundary and TOPO Surveys, civil engineering, planning assistance, and landscape architecture services.

Boos Development Group, Inc. City of Gainesville, Alachua County, FL. Provided site analysis, surveying, zoning, site design, landscape architecture and permitting services for a two story 20,000 +/- SF CVS Pharmacy and office facility on a 1.94 acre redevelopment site in an urban overlay district.

Received FPZA Outstanding Redevelopment Award and City of Gainsville Outstanding Commercial Award.

J.P. Morgan Chase Bank – 40+ sites

Boos Development Group, Inc. Provided site analysis, surveying, zoning, site design, landscape architecture and permitting services for over 40 Chase Banks ranging from 4,279 SF – 4,400 SF on sites throughout Southwest FL.

Family Dollar- 5 sites

Boos Development Group, Inc. Provided surveying, land planning, site design, landscape architecture, and permitting services for an 8,000 +/- SF Family Dollar Stores prototype in multiple locations.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., Lee County, FL. Provided zoning, site design, development permitting, and traffic analysis for a 9984 SF store located on ± 4.8 acres.
