Private Equity Group, Lee County, Fort Myers, FL. 886 acres. Jurisdictional and topographic surveys, land planning, zoning change from AG/Light Industrial to Lee County’s first Compact Planned Development. 1950 residential units, 250 hotel rooms, 246,400 SF commercial retail, 100,000 SF of general and medical office and 300,000 SF of research and development.

Chapel Creek

SW Florida Land 163, LLC, Lee County, FL. 143.03+ acres. Provided planning and zoning support for RPD/CPD development.

Airport Technology Center/ Meridian Center/Airport Crossings

Bundschu Kraft/Southwest Florida Equities, Lee County. Florida. Provided boundary, topographic, bathymetric, and as-built surveys, construction staking, final platting, infrastructure, zoning, site design, and permitting as well as subdividing into two projects.

Approved in October 2005. Construction completion in 2008 for southern project. Construction completion in 2010 for northern project. 207-acre light industrial.

International Center/Park Crest

Parkway I LTD, Lee County, FL. Provided surveying, site design, permitting, and construction related services for ±95 acre mixed use development including 360 residential units, 129,999 SF retail uses, 185,000 SF office uses and 200,000 SF of industrial uses; 1997-2009.

D75 Commerce Center

Bundschu Kraft, Inc., Lee County, FL. Provided boundary, topographic and construction layout surveys and final plat; design and permitting for a 14 tract, 64 acre commercial and light industrial subdivision. Interchange commercial development.

South Seas Resort Re-Development

Blackstone Group, Lee County, FL. Provided planning, site redevelopment design, civil engineering, landscape architecture services support and permitting for a ±900 unit resort development for the revitalization of the South Seas Plantation, a 304 acre mixed-used beach front resort destination. The redevelopment consisted of waterfront promenade, pedestrian plazas, beach front restaurant, day spa, mixed-use marina, condominium units, hotel, employee housing, and an enhanced landscape design; 2007.

Gasparilla Inn

Land use analysis and research summary for mixed-use property, surveying, site design, historic preservation analysis, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and permitting for redevelopment of historic Gasparilla Inn located in Boca Grande, FL.

Southwest International Commerce Park

The Bechard Group, Fort Myers, FL. Provided boundary, topographic, bathymetric and as-built surveys, construction staking and final platting; infrastructure, zoning, site design, and permitting as well as for a 207-acre light industrial subdivision.

Approved April 2006. Construction completion February 2008.
