Southwest Florida Regional Medical Center/ Perkins + Will Architects/HCA and Lee Memorial Health Systems, Lee County, FL. Provided ALTA, boundary and topographic survey, wetland survey, vertical and horizontal control, site design, site drainage, and utility design, landscape architecture, and permitting of a 420,000 SF hospital consolidation, 100,000 SF medical office building on an existing 55-acre site. 2003-2009.
2015 commenced the next expansion of GCMC, with plans calling for adding three stories and 275 beds. MDA will provide planning, engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture services to HKS Architects and the Skanska/Gates construction team. When complete in 2020, the 675-bed hospital will be the largest health center between Sarasota and Miami.

Bundschu Kraft/Southwest Florida Equities, Lee County. Florida. Provided boundary, topographic, bathymetric, and as-built surveys, construction staking, and final platting. Infrastructure, zoning, site design, and permitting. Subdivided into two projects. Approved in October 2005. Construction completion in 2008 for southern project.

Surveying and platting, modification, and re-permitting, amend existing zoning approval, civil engineering and development order modifications as well as landscape architecture.
Private Equity Group., Lee County FL. 2,960 acre site. Assisted with mine reclamation efforts and completed amendments for a development of 1,000 dwelling units and 40,000 SF of support commercial along with an extensive amenity, preservation, and restoration package of a former lime rock mine. Comprehensive Plan Amendments retained the DR/GR designation, but added an Environmental Enhancement Overlay, while the rezoning request established approval conditions to promote the preservation, restoration, and protection of natural resources and native habitat.
