Gulf Coast Medical Center

Southwest Florida Regional Medical Center/ Perkins + Will Architects/HCA and Lee Memorial Health Systems, Lee County, FL. Provided ALTA, boundary and topographic survey, wetland survey, vertical and horizontal control, site design, site drainage, and utility design, landscape architecture, and permitting of a 420,000 SF hospital consolidation, 100,000 SF medical office building on an existing 55-acre site. 2003-2009.

2015 commenced the next expansion of GCMC, with plans calling for adding three stories and 275 beds. MDA will provide planning, engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture services to HKS Architects and the Skanska/Gates construction team. When complete in 2020, the 675-bed hospital will be the largest health center between Sarasota and Miami.

Harley-Davidson Six Bends Dealership

Scott Fischer Enterprises, Lee County, FL. Provided boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision platting, all construction staking, sketches, and descriptions for utility easements , site design, site drainage, utility design, permitting, and landscape architecture for a 16 acre parcel offering 54,000SF of sales and service center.

Phase I completed fall of 2014. Phase II commenced summer 2015.

J.P. Morgan Chase Bank – 40+ sites

Boos Development Group, Inc. Provided various levels of service ranging from site feasibility, surveying, and zoning to site design, landscape architecture, and permitting services for over 40 Chase Banks ranging from 4,279 SF to 4,400 SF on sites throughout Southwest FL.

Waste Management, Inc. – Compressed Natural Gas Facility

Provided surveying, site design, landscape architecture, and permitting services for a two phase compressed natural gas facility for Waste Management Inc. of Florida on ±35 acres. Sarasota County, FL.

CVS Pharmacy

Boos Development Group, Inc. City of Gainesville, FL. Provided site feasibility, surveying, zoning, site design, landscape architecture, and permitting services for a two story ±20,000 SF CVS Pharmacy and office facility on a 1.94 acre redeveloped site in an urban overlay district.

Received FPZA Outstanding Redevelopment Award and City of Gainesville Outstanding Commercial Award.

Family Dollar- 5 sites

Boos Development Group, Inc. Provided surveying, land planning, site design, landscape architecture and permitting services for an ±8,000 SF Family Dollar Stores prototype in multiple locations.

Dollar General – 3 sites

Lee County FL. Provided Boundary/Alta/Topo/As-built surveys, construction staking, preparation, and recordation for plat and FEMA certifications. Civil engineering, site planning, storm water management, rezoning efforts, and landscape architecture. Most stores are sized at ±9,100 SF in multiple locations.

San Carlos Estates Water Control District

San Carlos Estates Water Control District, Lee County, FL. Control surveys, topographic mapping and rights of way; construction staking on more than 16 miles of roads for paving and drainage improvements. Also provided landscape Architecture Services.

University Lakes/West Lakes Mine

Youngquist Brothers Equities, Lee County, FL. Provided boundary, bathymetric, topographic and wetland surveys, vertical and horizontal control for GPS and optical instruments; zoning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, reclamation, permitting services, permit compliance monitoring for a 1,995-acre lime rock mine.

Multiple approvals from 1999-2012. Construction ongoing.

North Florida Regional Medical Center – Cancer Center

Perkins + Will Architects/HCA Health Services of FL, Inc., Gainesville, FL. Provided surveying, site design (including roadways, utilities and storm water management), landscape architecture, permitting and construction related services for a 35,000 SF cancer treatment center. Received City of Gainesville Beautification Award for landscape design.

Bonita Grande Mine

Grosse Pointe Development and Bonita Grande Aggregates, LLC., Lee County, FL. Provided Construction layout, staking, record drawings, wetland surveys, bathymetric surveys, and special purpose surveys, civil engineering, site planning, and landscape architecture services for a 1,268-acre aggregate mine.

McGregor Baptist Church and Campus

McGregor Baptist Church, Inc., Fort Myers, FL. Provided land planning, zoning, site planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture and for a major worship, educational/support facility and for the athletic field complex. 3,000-seat sanctuary with ancillary uses on a 100-acre site.

Metro Medical Park

HCA Health Services of FL, Inc., Lee County, FL, Provided zoning, site design, and permitting for an 18 acre office park to support 150,000 SF of medical office uses.

Southwest International Commerce Park

The Bechard Group, Fort Myers, FL. Provided boundary, topographic, and bathymetric, and as-built surveys, construction staking and final platting, infrastructure, zoning, site design, and permitting for a 207-acre light industrial subdivision.

Airport Technology Center/ Meridian Center/Airport Crossings

Bundschu Kraft/Southwest Florida Equities, Lee County. Florida. Provided boundary, topographic, bathymetric, and as-built surveys, construction staking, and final platting. Infrastructure, zoning, site design, and permitting. Subdivided into two projects. Approved in October 2005. Construction completion in 2008 for southern project.

Construction completion in 2010 for northern project. 207-acre light industrial.

Premier Airport Park

Premier Airport Park, LLP, Lee County, FL. Provided boundary, topographic and construction layout surveying, land planning, zoning, site design, civil engineering, landscape architecture, permitting and construction related services for a 1,875,000 square foot (225-acre) Industrial Park.

Phase 1 approved July 2008. Construction is on-going.

Corkscrew Shores Subdivision/Cameratta Company

Cameratta Company, Lee County, FL. Comprehensive Plan Amendment for a ±750 acre parcel, including future land use classifications. Additional services provided for Youngquist Brothers, Rinker Materials, and CEMEX Mine: boundary, topographic and plat surveying, zoning, site design, permitting, and reclamation for a ±750 acre lime rock mine.

Savona Bay

D.R. Horton, Fort Myers, FL. 31 lot residential subdivision with water frontage and preservation areas.

Surveying and platting, modification, and re-permitting, amend existing zoning approval, civil engineering and development order modifications as well as landscape architecture.


Private Equity Group., Lee County FL. 2,960 acre site. Assisted with mine reclamation efforts and completed amendments for a development of 1,000 dwelling units and 40,000 SF of support commercial along with an extensive amenity, preservation, and restoration package of a former lime rock mine. Comprehensive Plan Amendments retained the DR/GR designation, but added an Environmental Enhancement Overlay, while the rezoning request established approval conditions to promote the preservation, restoration, and protection of natural resources and native habitat.


Private Equity Group, Lee County, Fort Myers, FL. 886 acres. Jurisdictional and topographic surveys, land planning, zoning change from AG/Light Industrial to Lee County’s first Compact Planned Development. 1950 residential units, 250 hotel rooms, 246,400 SF commercial retail, 100,000 SF of general and medical office and 300,000 SF of research and development.

Bentley Crossings

LPH, LLC. Lee County, FL . 95.6 acre parcel Rezoning from Agricultural to Mixed Use Planned Development. Residential/Retail/Office Medical. MDA prepared surveys, planned the development layout, engineered the realignment of Buckingham Road, and assisted with community presentations during the entitlement process.
