FORT MYERS, Fla. (June 24, 2022) – Morris-Depew Associates (MDA) has hired Maria Angel, as an Engineering Permit Coordinator, announced company Vice President and Principal Bill Morris. Maria takes on challenging responsibilities, such as organizing and supervising the construction plan submittal, approval, and permit issuance process in the Fort Myers headquarters.
Maria, who received her Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Palm Beach State College comes to MDA with more than two years of permitting experience. She is a motivated individual with aspirations to grow professionally. Whether it be to grow within a company or have her own, Maria knows one day her goal is to be a female entrepreneur. Because of her permitting background, she is skilled in the permitting procedures and understands the ins and outs of them. She currently serves as a certified Florida Notary and Florida Signing Agent. Additionally, Maria is of Colombian decent, but has lived in Florida for most of her life. She has a deep passion for animals, and most recently, began volunteering at an animal shelter. Her dream is to open her own animal shelter and invest in helping all neglected animals in the future. Originally from West Palm Beach Florida, she is now currently living in Fort Myers.
