Collins Vision

Completed in 2009, the Collins Professional Office is a 10,000-square foot medical office building located in the International Center Mixed Use Planned Development in Unincorporated Lee County.

The project was developed to house Collins Vision office on a 1.5 acre tract on the corner of International Center Drive and Six Mile Cypress Parkway.

The project is located in a master planned development designed, entitled and permitted by Morris-Depew Associates in 1997.  The scope of services provided for this project included Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, and Civil Engineering to design and permit the project consisting of a Lee County Development Order, South Florida Water Management District Environmental Resource Permit, and various other permit approvals for water and sewer utilities.
