Gulf Coast Medical Park

The Gulf Coast Medical Park consists of four, two-story buildings comprised of 54,900 square feet of medical office uses located on 4.8 acres fronting Plantation Road adjacent to the Gulf Coast Medical Center campus in Unincorporated Lee County.

The scope of services provided for this project included Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, and Civil Engineering to design and permit the project consisting of a Lee County Development Order, South Florida Water Management District Environmental Resource Permit, and various other permit approvals for water and sewer utilities.

This project was designed to efficiently utilize an existing 100’ FPL transmission line easement for stormwater management leaving the remainder of the property for use as building and parking.
