A senior leader and core member of the executive team for Morris-Depew Associates, Ryan Shute serves as Chairman of the firm, overseeing the organization’s operations and leading client initiatives.
He has more than 23 years of consulting experience, primarily in the Southwest Florida region, leading client initiatives related to land development in the residential, commercial, public works, and institutional sectors. Mr. Shute has extensive experience in navigating a project through the parallel multiple regulatory agency approval processes – beginning from conceptual design through construction completion.
As a Senior Manager in the Civil Engineering division, Mr. Shute also oversees the design and permitting of all phases of transportation, storm water management, water distribution, and public works engineering projects for a variety of clients in the public and private sectors.
For the last 18 years, Mr. Shute has also been an active member of Rotary, serving as past president and leading numerous charitable and service projects. An active community resident engaged in local issues, Mr. Shute has also served on the advisory board for the Lee County MPO Bicycle Pedestrian Coordinating Committee.
