Bill Morris currently serves as President. A core member of the Morris-Depew Associates team since 1997, Mr. Morris specializes in the design and permitting of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional development projects. Having worked on sites varying in size from less than one acre to thousands of acres, he has successfully handled some of the more technically complicated entitlement scenarios in Florida. With over 23 years’ experience, Mr. Morris is adept at developing creative and successful permitting strategies that enable our clients to pursue their project goals.
Mr. Morris has represented a number of public sector clients such as the Town of Fort Myers Beach, Lee Health Hospital System, San Carlos Estates Water Control District, the City of Fort Myers, and the City of Bonita Springs. Mr. Morris’ experience also includes testifying as an accepted expert in a number of various forums in matters related to Civil Engineering.
Mr. Morris is currently serving on a number of service boards in the community. He has been on the Real Estate Investment Society Board since 2015 and is currently serving as an Officer. Mr. Morris is an appointee to the Lee County Land Development Code Advisory Board and the City of Fort Myers STARS Management Advisory Board.
With more than 20 years of experience serving as a core leader in numerous civil engineering-related projects through the Southwest Florida region, Mr. Morris’ work has directly impacted the economic growth of the community, including job opportunities, commercial and residential development, healthcare, transportation, and more.
