Mark is a 5th generation Floridian who grew up between Pompano Beach and Clewiston.  He was in the High School Band in Clewiston and graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina in 2000 where he was a part of the Regimental Band and Pipes.  He has worked within the Civil Engineering Industry in the area since 2000 and has resided in Lee County since 2005, the year he also acquired his PE License.  Mark has acquired various computer skills during his time in the industry including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Access, various versions of AutoCAD including Civil 3D, Carlson, ICPR V2, V3, and V4, AutoTurn, WaterCAD, Corpscon, and Curve Expert among others.  Mark specializes in roadway design, drainage design and analysis and land development.  He attended the 2018-2019 Leadership Lee Class and currently attends Cape Baptist Church in Cape Coral.
