Stephen VerVaecke currently serves as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer for Morris-Depew Associates.  Mr. VerVaecke joined Morris-Depew in May of 2015 as a Civil Engineering graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University.  Since then, Mr. VerVaecke has been involved with several different projects throughout the state of Florida, garnering an extensive knowledge of the community development process, site engineering design, traffic impact analysis, and local and state permitting.

In addition to developing as a team member and leader within Morris-Depew, Mr. VerVaecke has sought involvement within his local community by attending events hosted by local organizations such as the Real Estate Investment Society, Tiger Bay, and most recently Urban Land Institute.  Mr. VerVaecke is currently in the process of joining Urban Land Institute as a member and seeking a role on the steering committee.
